Job summary

MinebeaMitsumi Cebu seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to identify, analyze, and implement improvements in manufacturing and business processes to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. The role supports Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead cross-functional projects, apply data analysis tools (Tableau, Excel), and train staff on CI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Experience in data analysis and process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficient with Tableau and Excel.
