Job summary

Aggreko in Manila is seeking a Billing, Customer Portals & Administration Coordinator to ensure high-quality invoicing and customer experience. You will drive data analytics to improve working capital, manage recoveries, and support portal uploads and billing administration.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, experience with invoicing processes, and the ability to review documents for billing accuracy. This is a hands-on position within a dynamic energy rental business.

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Billing, Customer Portals & Administration Coordinator based in Manila. You'll ensure our organisation delivers a quality managed customer experience, driving data analytics to manage costs and recoveries effectively. The Billing, Customer Portals & Administration Coordinator will enhance quality and reporting to improve working capital, drive recoveries and improve performance. Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers’ worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.

What You’ll Do

• Drive effective invoicing and quality managed invoices
• Support our billing team to enable them to deliver high quality invoicing by providing efficient uploading of invoices into our customers portal, and additional administrative support to improve efficiencies
• Generate and process accurate and timely invoices
• Review agreements, purchase orders, and other relevant documents to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with the contract/agreement
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
• Respond to invoice related customer enquiries
• Uploading of invoices to customer portals when required.
• Maintain billing records and documentation in an organised and efficient manner
• Management of Customer PO’s to ensure funds are readily available.
• Creation of supplier Purchase Orders
• Other adhoc duties as required by the Billing Manager

Requirements

• Good understanding of business operations in an energy rental industry
• A continuous improvement mindset
• Experience in M3 & Salesforce desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail orientated with a commitment to accuracy
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting and business operations
• Solid business acumen
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBi, etc.)
