Job summary

The role focuses on aligning demand/supply, inventory, order management and customer service excellence within a seeds-driven business. On-site position in Manila region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in customer operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in agriculture, preferably in seeds industry.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of customer-facing operations to ensure service excellence and loyalty.
• Bridge sales/marketing, P&S and distribution to create seamless customer experiences.
• Lead S&OP processes, coordinating demand, supply, and financial objectives.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, P&S and finance for effective decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer operations and CRM utilization.
