What You’ll Do
  • Lead Seamless Onboarding: Manage the onboarding of multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transition to LOCAD.
  • Be the Bridge: Collaborate closely with both internal and external teams to implement client products and systems effectively.
  • Train & Empower: Conduct engaging video call training sessions with clients on our systems and processes.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Regularly refine onboarding content, guidelines, and operational processes to optimize how we operate.
  • Spot Opportunities: Identify gaps or areas to enhance the client onboarding journey.
  • Keep Stakeholders Informed: Provide timely updates and reports on the status of assigned clients in the onboarding pipeline and projected completions.
  • Be a Team Player: Support the onboarding team with ad-hoc tasks whenever needed.
