Job description

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting products and answering inquiries.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize product displays.
• Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and report low inventory to management.
• Assist in sales promotions, marketing activities, and special campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet store targets and objectives.
• Prepare sales reports and assist in administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or higher education in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in using computers and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
