• To continue to provide exceptional quality service to all Customers.
• To ensure that payments are received and properly applied to each customer’s account in a timely manner.
• To ensure all records are complete and accurate.
• To act as the internal auditor of the branch.
• To support the Branch Manager in achieving their sales and collection target.
