AEGYO CAKES is seeking a dedicated Custom Cake Baker to design, bake and assemble exquisite cakes for weddings, birthdays and celebrations. You will create centerpieces that showcase your talent and attention to detail.

You will maintain a clean kitchen, manage supplies, and collaborate with bakery staff to meet deadlines, while keeping up with decorating trends and delivering high-quality desserts.

Formación

• Portfolio showcasing work (required).

Responsabilidades

• Design and bake custom cakes according to specifications, incorporating unique flavors, fillings, and decorations.
• Ensure each cake reflects high standards of taste, texture, and presentation.
• Experiment with new techniques and trends in cake decorating to offer innovative designs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage inventory and supplies for cake production.
• Coordinate with bakery staff to schedule orders and optimize production efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks on all cakes to ensure they meet standards for taste, appearance, and structural integrity.
• Address any issues promptly, striving for continuous improvement in product quality.
