Description

• Monitors and ensure availability of stocks for production usage
• Monitor and checks stock level status on a daily basis
• Ensure that all raw materials, factory supplies and other stocks at warehouse are in proper location and in good condition.
• Prepares and submit required daily, weekly, and monthly report to PPIC Supervisor.
• Secure the maintenance of all documentation and Quality Records of RM section.
• Prepare P.R. Requisition on all material and packaging supplies within critical level.
• Prepares and submit to PPIC Head a Weekly and Monthly Material Inventory and variance Report.
• Responsible for the implementation and maintaining 6’ S of the Raw Material Section.
• Recommends and formulate system improvements related to the operations.
• Performs other activities and task assigned by the PPIC Head.
