Job summary

Metrobank is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Teller to perform cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, check encashment and closing of accounts, with signature verification at the start of banking day.

The role includes posting transaction adjustments, processing fund transfers and remittances, outward clearing, and selling the Bank’s products and services while delivering courteous service within a dynamic Branch Banking environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of business or finance course.
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
