Job summary

Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. is seeking a CSR Programs Coordinator to oversee department operations, implement projects from planning to completion, and engage beneficiary communities across the Philippines.

The role requires strong project management, data handling, and collaboration with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other teams. Travel will be extensive to support livelihood, scholarship, and data collection activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and presentation software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
• Manage schedules, meetings, procurement & logistics coordination, and supplier canvassing.
• Ensure timely completion of administrative requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the CSR Head.
• Assist in the execution of CSR projects from planning through completion.
• Collaborate with different groups and coordinate with employee volunteers.
• Prepare project proposals and budgets.
• Prepare implementation schedules, project plans, and operational requirements.
• Monitor implementation progress.
• Collect field data and beneficiary feedback.
• Monitor, evaluate, and recommend project improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with beneficiary communities.
• Conduct community consultations and needs assessments.
• Sustain beneficiaries’ participation and strengthen key program partners.
• Manage and monitor livelihood developments.
• Ensure active engagement and marketing opportunities for livelihood projects.
• Recommend improvements based on field observations.
• Prepare 201 files and maintain updated beneficiary records.
• Monitor beneficiary profiles and their success stories.
• Maintain project databases, monitoring tools, and project documentation.
• Monitor all projects and consolidate project accomplishments.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, accomplishment reports, and meeting minutes.
• Develop presentations, infographics, and communication materials.
• Manage website content and CSR communication platforms.
• Assist in campaign development and multimedia production.
• Conduct benchmarking and research.
• Recommend process improvements and support planning through data analysis.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other departments.
• Monitor project documentation and financial requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s procedures.
