Job Description

Ensure timely and effective implementation of all company policies, standard operating procedures, quality systems, programs and activities involved in controlling the quality of manufactured products to meet product quality standards. Assess products, identify errors and defects, corrects and repairs to ensure quality products.

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or related sciences
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Preferably with 2 years of experience as in-line quality control specialist in food industry
• With 3-5 years of progressive responsible experience in culinary/manufacturing quality control
• Basic Food Safety, GMP, CAPA, RCA

What you will do:

• Perform visual inspections of finished products
• Receive and inspect raw materials
• Monitor testing procedures to ensure tests are performed according to established specifications

Position is responsible for conducting various QA tests for Collections Department, Day-2 reviews, internal audits, and QA procedures in the department and among collection agencies.

• Conduct Day-2 reviews and accuracy checks on collection processes

• Perform random checks on call monitoring
• Update with applicable policies and processes
• Handle Centralized Complaint System, investigate, and coordinate resolutions
