Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines seeks a CDI Specialist to review patient medical records and identify gaps in clinical documentation to improve accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to educate on best practices, analyze data to measure CDI impact, stay up‑to‑date with regulations, and support the ongoing development of the program.

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to educate them on clear, accurate, and compliant documentation
• Analyze data and generate reports to track and measure the impact of CDI initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines, and coding changes to ensure the organization's compliance
• Provide expert guidance and support to the wider team on CDI-related matters
• Contribute to the continuous development and refinement of the CDI program
