Job summary

Blockchain.com is seeking a SAR Analyst to support its Compliance Operations team in Manila, Philippines. The role focuses on regulatory reporting, including SAR drafting and QA, and broader compliance tasks across regulators’ requests, governance, and related duties.

You will collaborate with global teams to identify and remediate financial crime risks in a fast-paced crypto environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AML/compliance, strong analytical abilities, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant AML/compliance experience or a university degree.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with AML in FinTech/crypto is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review material on detected transaction monitoring alerts for incoming and outgoing transactions.
• Draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
• Report suspicious financial activity to authorities.
• Respond to and remediate issues identified by Compliance, Support, Risk and Onboarding teams.
• Assist in projects, monitoring and investigations as directed by supervisor and MLROs.
