Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM); Weekends Off

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as a developer in agile, collaborative environments
  • Proven experience in CRM administration - specifically Zendesk, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk administration, including system configuration, workflow setup, integration, and data migration
  • Strong background in integrating CRM or enterprise platforms such as Zendesk, Amazon Connect, Gainsight, Jira, Zoom, or Slack
  • Proficient in JavaScript (or TypeScript) and Python for backend integration
  • Experienced with secure, event-driven server development using AWS Lambda or similar cloud platforms
  • Able to quickly learn and apply new APIs, SDKs, and tools independently
  • Solid understanding of modern programming principles (object-oriented, functional) and continuous delivery practices
  • Skilled with Git and GitHub for version control and team collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving skills, growth mindset, and effective English communication

Your Impact in This Role

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager, Delivery Lead, and Tech Lead to understand user needs, design solutions, and create deliverables.
  • Work in a programming pair environment to build and maintain codebases.
  • Integrate with APIs and UIs of Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, Jira, Zoom, Slack, and external APIs (Google BigQuery, OpenAI, Twilio).
  • Set up test environments and create/executive manual or automated test cases.
  • Deploy solutions into cloud-based environments such as AWS or platform-hosting services like Salesforce and Atlassian.
  • Operate and maintain deployed tech experiences, respond to and resolve incidents during business hours.
  • Perform custodianship activities such as bug fixes, upgrading dependencies, and continuously improving codebases.
  • Document technical designs, implementations, and operations.
  • Support and evolve the technical architecture to meet changing business needs.
