- Conduct comprehensive industry and portfolio reviews and assess relevant risks, in partnership with the Credit Evaluation team and Relationship Managers
- Assist in preparation of the management reports in relation to policies, processes, and portfolio management, including presentation to Senior Management
- Assist in the formulation of credit strategies based on portfolio reviews and discussions with the management team
- Assist in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures, in collaboration with various internal stakeholders
- Spearhead related system and process improvement initiatives, which may include coordination with IT and third-party vendors

Qualifications:
- Strong background in stakeholder management and credit evaluation
- Has experience in commercial/corporate credit and financial analysis
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation; mastery in VBA and Macros is a plus
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
- Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders within the Bank
