We are looking for a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and 2+ years in credit risk management within banking, with a strong analytical mindset and a holistic view of risk, operations, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, economics, banking and finance, statistics, or mathematics.
• Experience in credit risk management and analysis across the lending lifecycle.
• At least 2 years in Collections Management and Portfolio Management with knowledge of internal policies and regulatory laws.
• Analytical, insightful with strong decision-making and foresight.
• Broad view of risk management, business orientation, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust MIS and analytics support to evaluate portfolio health and quality.
• Assess key delinquency and risk indicators for portfolio performance.
• Offer analytics support to drive risk-based collection strategies across consumer products.
