Job summary

Megaworld Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Management Specialist to manage key client accounts with emphasis on billing, collections, and relationship building. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City, welcoming fresh graduates into an entry-level position.

You will review customer accounts, address overdue balances, coordinate with clients on payment arrangements, and produce routine reports to support accurate billing and healthy cash flow for Megaworld's

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience in credit, collections, or billing is a plus.
Fresh graduates welcome for entry-level role.
On-site work in Quezon City is required.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for all existing client accounts.
Meets the collection quota imposed by management.
Provides clients with correct quota and legible statements related to collection.
Contacts clients regarding delinquency and sets up payment arrangements.
Prepares beginning and month-end reports.
Identifies root causes of problematic accounts and suggests resolutions.
Represents the company in a professional manner.
Maintains knowledge of Megaworld’s product line.
Handles inquiries via company telephone and mobile lines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
