Private Advertiser in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig, is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Portfolio Analyst to support credit portfolio management and risk assessment. The role begins with Full Onsite training at Five Neo, BGC, then a hybrid work setup. Night shift is 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, with Saturdays and Sundays as rest days.

You will analyze financial statements, monitor performance, review policies, and collaborate with management to mitigate risk and ensure policy compliance.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Portfolio Analyst to support credit portfolio management, assess financial performance, identify potential risks, and provide insights that help drive sound credit decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with management and business stakeholders to evaluate credit-related matters, review financial reports, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with established credit policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate credit portfolio performance, identifying potential and emerging credit risks.

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant financial information to support risk assessments and business decisions.

• Review credit policies, procedures, and portfolio findings, providing recommendations for appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

• Support credit and collateral management activities, including monitoring and analysis.

• Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding credit performance, risk exposure, and compliance with established risk appetite and credit policies.

• Collaborate with internal teams, business partners, and external stakeholders to address credit-related concerns and support business requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 6 months of experience in Credit Portfolio Consulting or equivalent relevant work experience, training, or education.

Preferred:

• At least 6 months of experience in any of the following:

  • Credit Portfolio Management

  • Security settlement

  • Collateral Management, Monitoring, or Analysis

  • Lending Operations

  • Credit Services Operations

• Strong understanding of credit principles, lending processes, and risk management.

• Knowledge of financial statements and the ability to interpret and analyze financial information.

• Familiarity with the securities market.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes and confidently engage with stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Work Setup & Expectations

• Fixed night shift aligned with U.S. business hours (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).

• Saturday and Sunday as regular rest days.

• Observance of the U.S. holiday calendar.

• Full onsite work at Five Neo, BGC during the training period.

• Hybrid work arrangement upon completion of training.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
