What is this role about?

This role will be tasked to handle customer account enrollment, KTC tasks, bank endorsements, and internal and external coordination of documentary compliance tasks. This will entail conducting credit investigation through call-outs and validation through external data sources to ascertain the customer information. The role aims to ensure validation of customer enrollment documents to fully establish the credibility of the documents and information. The role also aims to monitor the AR management performance of SPI accounts as part of CRED's credit risk management initiatives. The role also requires to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams pertaining to the account management of accounts.

What will YOU do?

  • Monitor and update customer status in NS to ensure prevention of invalid transactions and fraud
  • Conduct KYC functions during CARF enrollment
  • Facilitate the launching of SBLC for delinquent accounts
  • Facilitate account endorsement with partner banks for credit lines
  • Facilitate holiday projections of customer orders and customer account enrollment in NS
