Job summary

SAFC in Capas, Philippines is hiring a Credit Investigator. You will review borrower documents in the CRM, conduct interviews with borrowers and co-borrowers, and perform on-site inspections of residences and project units.

You will verify identity, living conditions, and background, carry out third‑party verifications, and prepare Credit Assessment Memorandums with loan recommendations based on your findings. Training at Ortigas, Pasig is provided with free accommodation and travel support.

Job Description

• Review and validate borrower documents submitted through the CRM system.
• Conduct interviews with borrowers and co-borrowers to gather and verify information.
• Perform on-site inspections of residences, businesses, and project units, including taking photo documentation.
• Verify the identity, living conditions, and background of loan applicants.
• Carry out third-party verifications through personal visits, phone calls, or email correspondence.
• Confirm employment details, banking information, trade references, agency records, and character references.
• Prepare Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAM) and provide loan recommendations based on evaluation findings.

Qualifications

• Willing to conduct fieldwork and site inspections.
• Experience as a Motorized Credit Investigator is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in using computer applications.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to undergo at least three weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig.
