Job summary

SAFC is seeking a Credit Investigator to review borrower documents, conduct interviews, and perform on-site inspections of residences and project units. You will verify identities, living conditions, and background information, and conduct third-party verifications as part of loan assessment processes.

The role involves preparing Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAM) and providing loan recommendations based on evaluation findings.

Qualifications

• Willing to conduct fieldwork and site inspections.
• Experience as a Motorized Credit Investigator is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in using computer applications.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to undergo at least three weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig.
