You will prepare timely credit investigation reports, perform asset valuations, conduct ocular inspections, and assist in marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal credit policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Leasing/Banking preferred.
• Strong understanding of credit policies and financial regulations.
• Proficient in due diligence, asset valuations, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepares timely and complete Credit Investigation and Appraisal Reports.
• Prepares Credit Investigation reports, trade checking and SEC online verification.
• Handles administrative functions such as filing of reports and monitoring requests.
• Conducts credit investigation with banks and other financial institutions.
• Collects information to determine credit worthiness of the borrower.
• Performs neighborhood checks and interviews related to the client reportings.
• Performs business or employment verifications on consumer and retail accounts.
• Conducts value appraisal of equipment, vehicles, real estate, and other properties for loan value.
• Conducts ocular inspection of equipment for lease or mortgaged accounts or vehicles from auctions.
• Initiates account solicitation and strengthens client relationships via calls and visits.
• Monitors market conditions and competitor offerings to inform lending decisions.
