Job summary

Wisefund Finance Corporation is seeking a Field Credit Investigator to perform ocular inspections of applicants’ residences, workplaces, and business locations, and to verify documents and information collected during credit investigations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work independently in the field, travel to assigned sites, and submit detailed reports with findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Good communication, administrative and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to do field work.
• No work-related experience required for this position.
• Motorized Credit Investigator is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ocular inspection to applicants’ residence, workplaces, and business locations.
• Prepare accurate Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM) after completion of the credit investigation process and report discrepancies.
• Validate information reflected on loan applications and authenticity of documents through interview and verification.
• Verify borrower's payment history with other financing institutions.
• Verify personal, employment, and financial information provided in loan applications.
• Prepare and submit detailed investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
• Take photos and gather supporting documents during fieldwork.
• Ensure all investigations comply with company policies and legal standards.
• Ocular inspection of assets such as car to verify ownership and collateral value.
• Review and validate submitted documents of applicants.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of applicant's information.
• Recommend appropriate credit decision (approve, decline or conditional approval).
• Performs other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior or Department Head.

• Conduct ocular inspection to applicants’ residence, workplaces, and business locations.
• Prepares accurate Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM) upon completion of the credit investigation process and reports any discrepancies identified during the review of information in documents against the confirmed details by the borrower and co borrower.
• Validates the information reflected on loan application and authenticity of loan documents through interview with the borrower/co borrower and character references, bank checking, agency/employment verification and credit investigation.
• Verifies borrower's payment history of previous or existing loan/s with other financing institutions.
• Verify personal, employment, and financial information provided in loan applications
• Prepare and submit detailed investigation reports with findings and recommendations
• Take photos and gather supporting documents during fieldwork
• Ensure all investigations comply with company policies and legal standards
• Ocular inspection of assets such as car to verify ownership and assess collateral value (picture & stencil).
• Review and validate submitted documents of applicants.
