Job summary

Philippine Business Bank is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional to accurately input, update, and manage customer profiling data. You will convert paper documents into a centralized database and coordinate with the Sales Support Team for loan folder records.

With a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance or related fields, fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance or other business related courses.
• Fresh Graduate or with at least 1 year work experience

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and manage information in the customer profiling file/database for analysis and decision-making.
• Convert information from paper documents, forms, and other sources into a database.
• Coordinate with the Sales Support Team regarding uploaded loan folders and supporting records in the CBG Library.
• Complies with applicable credit policies, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining service quality.
• Supports data quality and governance initiatives to enable analytics, reporting, and regulatory submissions.
• Ensures compliance with credit, bank policies and procedures, as well as external regulations, while maintaining the highest level of service quality and productivity.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance or other business related courses
