Job summary

Ben Edictio Search is seeking a Credit & Collections Lead in Parañaque. The role focuses on evaluating credit applications, determining limits, and actively managing receivables and collections with a proactive approach. You will prepare financial reports and drive process improvements to optimize cash flow.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in credit/collections, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. This is a 100% onsite position with a typical Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years in credit and collection, preferably in logistics.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Manage and monitor customer accounts receivable and collection activities such as overdue accounts and payment arrangements negotiation.


• Prepare and analyze financial reports and implement process improvements

• With 3-5 yrs of experience in credit and collection preferably in logistics related industries.


• Must have team leadership/supervisory/people management experience.
