Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess client creditworthiness and perform prompt credit reviews.

Ensure the timely recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relations.

Resolve payment disputes efficiently and conduct client visits for reconciliation when necessary.

Enforce company credit policies and ensure compliance with approved budget.

Match and allocate customer advances accurately; deliver monthly collection forecasts.

Maintain current and accurate customer accounts.

Communicate with clients to clarify invoice issues, follow up on overdue accounts, and participate in meetings with insights.

Proactively identify and mitigate credit and collection risks.

Keep organized and accessible customer records.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in credit control or similar financial roles.

Hands-on knowledge of SAP Credit and Collection tools is a plus.

Strong financial analysis and credit risk evaluation skills.

Solid understanding of accounting principles, credit laws, and collection practices.

Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.

Driving ability is preferred.
