Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Credit Associate to perform reliable credit investigations essential for sales order approvals. The role includes processing re-ci accounts and credit-limit increase requests, and conducting investigations of major suppliers and banks.

Reporting to the Credit Team Leader - Account Management, you will work on-site in Ermita, Manila with a 5-day work week, contributing to the Finance - Credit and Collection department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with related internship experience welcome.
• Customer service skills to interact with clients.
• Verbal and written communication skills for clear communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset for accurate assessment and processing of credit applications.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, with the aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.

About the Role

Location: Ermita, Manila

Role Type: Full-time

Department: Finance - Credit and Collection

Reporting to: Credit Team Leader - Account Management

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (On-site)

As a Credit Associate, you will be responsible for providing reliable and sufficient credit investigation that will be a basis for sales order approval.

Other responsibilities include:

• Processes re-ci accounts, accounts applying for terms and credit limit increase.
• Conducts credit investigations of major suppliers and banks of existing accounts.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
