Job summary

Quanta Philippines is seeking a seasoned Credit and Collection Leader to develop and administer credit and collection programs in a fast-moving consumer goods context. You will oversee investigations of credit risk and monitor collections to optimize cash flow and reduce bad debts.

The role requires at least five years of managerial or supervisory experience in FMCG credit and collections, with strong numerical and leadership skills to coordinate with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience as Credit and Collection Manager/Supervisor in an FMCG company.
• Ability to oversee credit risk investigations and monitor collections.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
