My Amazon Guy is seeking a Creator Partnerships Manager to lead and scale influencer collaborations across its brand portfolio. You will own the end-to-end creator partnership process, from identifying creators to negotiating terms and managing campaigns.

The role requires hands-on execution, relationship-building acumen, and the ability to independently grow a creator network, drive campaigns, and improve results in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or influencer relationship management.
• Proven experience sourcing, contacting, negotiating with, and managing influencers or content creators.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience coordinating creator collaborations and managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Job description

The Creator Partnerships Manager is responsible for building and managing creator relationships that drive brand awareness, content creation, and revenue growth across My Amazon Guy's brand portfolio.

This role owns the creator partnership process from start to finish, including finding and reaching out to relevant creators, negotiating collaborations, managing campaigns, coordinating content delivery, and tracking performance. Working directly with creators, affiliates, and internal brand teams, the Creator Partnerships Manager ensures that each partnership aligns with brand goals and delivers measurable results.

The Creator Partnerships Manager will take ownership of creator partnerships as a growth channel. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone who can independently build a creator network, execute campaigns, maintain strong relationships, and continuously improve results.
