Job summary

Geniusmakers in the Philippines is seeking a Creative Production Coordinator to support the Creative Team by sourcing, coordinating, and managing customers, subjects, influencers, talents, and other external partners for content production and campaigns.

You will be the primary coordinator between the team and external stakeholders, handling scheduling, shoot-day support, and production costs, with a focus on organization, relationship-building, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of coordination or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful in sourcing leads and building networks.
• Organized and willing to conduct fieldwork or on-site support when required.

Responsibilities

• Customer and Subject Sourcing: contact potential customers or subjects for testimonials and campaigns.
• Influencer and Talent Sourcing: contact influencers, talents, creators for campaigns and assets.
• Shoot Coordination and Production Planning: manage schedules, call times, locations, reminders.
• On-Shoot Support: act as main contact during shoots.
• Tracker Management and Status Updates: update production tracker with status and next steps.
• Production Administrative Support: track shoot-related costs and approvals.
