MicroSourcing is seeking a Creative Production Specialist in Pasay City to transform photos, videos, and brand assets into high-quality advertising creatives and organic social content across multiple brands. You will start with static ad design and variations, with opportunities to expand into short-form video editing and leadership as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design and static ad creative production for digital marketing or social media.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent.
• Ability to produce high volumes of assets while maintaining brand consistency and details.
• Experience creating multiple variations for different ad messages, formats and placements.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
• Ability to follow briefs, brand guidelines, and production workflows.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines.
• Portfolio showing static ads, social graphics, or digital marketing design.

Responsibilities

• Design static advertisements and carousels using product photos, assets, and brand templates.
• Produce multiple ad variations to support paid social campaigns.
• Build and maintain reusable ad templates for efficient production.
• Edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Write concise headlines and captions aligned with brand messaging.
• Upload assets into Meta Ads Manager following guidelines (training provided).
• Review performance feedback to inform future variations.
• Repurpose high-performing content into fresh formats.
• Create organic social posts tailored to each brand.
• Maintain an organized creative asset library for easy reuse.
• Collaborate with local brand managers on briefs and campaign priorities.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of outputs.
