AIRR Labs is seeking a Creative Producer to drive end-to-end development of TikTok and Meta-first content for beauty and lifestyle brands. You will guide a production team, translate reports into actionable content plans, and mentor junior creators to maintain high production standards.

The role requires hands-on production management from scripting to shoots, with a focus on platform best practices, visual style, and trend-driven content.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in content creation, art direction, or social-first production.
• Proven experience developing content for TikTok/Meta within beauty or lifestyle categories.
• Strong visual sensibility with knowledge of styling, production design, and sequencing in editing.
• Experience mentoring junior team members or collaborating across creative roles.
• Proficiency with basic lighting and camera equipment; comfort with mobile production workflows.
• Ability to adapt to various brand identities and creative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interpret performance reports and trend data into actionable content plans for TikTok/Meta.
• Collaborate with Copywriters and Designers to brainstorm content ideas and iterations.
• Develop ideas for high-volume content executions and iterations.
• Create visuals, shot lists, scripts, and storyboards for TikTok/Meta content.
• Lead the team’s shot lists, review scripts and visual treatments, and coordinate timelines.
• Ensure talent direction, storytelling, and visuals reflect brand identity and platform best practices.
• Utilize AI tools for content ideation and production acceleration.
• Maintain high styling standards in hair, outfits, and production design.
• Upskill junior creators and uphold quality across produced content.
• Support Studios Lead and Production Manager in decision-making and planning.
