PRIME Philippines is seeking a Creative Officer to lead the production of high-quality visual content supporting digital marketing, branding, and corporate communication. You will handle video production, photography, graphic design, and motion graphics to translate marketing objectives into engaging campaigns.

Based in Metro Manila with fieldwork, you will plan, shoot, and deliver content for social platforms and company assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in multimedia production, video editing, or graphic design.
• Experience managing social media content production preferred.
• Background in digital marketing, agency work, real estate, coworking, or B2B marketing is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Plan, shoot, and edit marketing videos for digital campaigns.
• Produce short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create property walkthrough videos and promotional videos for company offices and services.
• Capture company events, corporate activities, and client testimonials.
• Operate cameras, drones (if licensed), lighting, and audio equipment.
• Design social media creatives, Google Display Ads, and LinkedIn campaign creatives.
• Create website banners, landing page graphics, and event collaterals.
• Produce animated social media content and motion graphics for advertisements.
• Create animated infographics, logo animations, and title sequences.
• Participate in content planning sessions and develop creative concepts aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Storyboard video ideas before production.
• Recommend new visual trends and creative approaches.
• Conduct property, office, and event photography.
• Perform basic photo retouching and color correction.
• Ensure all creative materials follow company branding guidelines across both companies.
• Organize and archive project files and maintain a structured multimedia asset library.
• Work closely with Performance Marketing, SEO, Marketing & Communications, Sales, and other business units.

Creative Officer (Video Production & Multimedia Design)

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Officer to lead the conceptualization, production, and delivery of high-quality visual content that supports our digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and corporate communication efforts. This role covers video production, photography, graphic design, and motion graphics.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong technical skills in video production and editing, able to turn marketing objectives into engaging visual campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

• Plan, shoot, and edit marketing videos for digital campaigns
• Produce short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create property walkthrough videos and promotional videos for company offices and services
• Capture company events, corporate activities, and client testimonials
• Operate cameras, drones (if licensed), lighting, and audio equipment

Graphic Design

• Design social media creatives, Google Display Ads, and LinkedIn campaign creatives
• Design email marketing assets, brochures, flyers, company profiles, and presentations
• Create website banners, landing page graphics, and event collaterals

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Produce animated social media content and motion graphics for advertisements
• Create animated infographics, logo animations, and title sequences

Content Conceptualization

• Participate in content planning sessions and develop creative concepts aligned with marketing campaigns
• Storyboard video ideas before production
• Recommend new visual trends and creative approaches

Photography

• Conduct property, office, and event photography
• Perform basic photo retouching and color correction

Brand & Asset Management

• Ensure all creative materials follow company branding guidelines across both companies
• Organize and archive project files and maintain a structured multimedia asset library

Collaboration

• Work closely with Performance Marketing, SEO, Marketing & Communications, Sales, and other business units
• Support urgent marketing campaigns as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in multimedia production, video editing, or graphic design
• Experience managing social media content production preferred
• Background in digital marketing, agency work, real estate, coworking, or B2B marketing is an advantage

Technical Skills

Required: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva Pro

Preferred: DaVinci Resolve, Figma, CapCut Pro, Adobe Audition, drone/aerial videography (licensed a plus)

Equipment knowledge: DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, professional lighting, wireless microphones, tripods, drones (preferred), mobile content creation
