The individual will be responsible for formulating the Marketing plan for the Philippines, covering Customers and Partners, driving brand awareness & thought leadership, and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities Include
Marketing Planning and Budget Responsibility
- Design and execute quarterly marketing plan for the Philippines aligned with sales priorities, covering all customer segments, focused partners, and the Cisco product portfolio.
- Act as the business partner for the Country Manager and Segment Sales Leaders.
- Manage the country marketing budget and influence distributors’ marketing share (DDI) to support demand generation programs with Cisco.
Programs and Demand Generation
- Design, create, and deliver comprehensive demand generation programs with local Sales Managers and Channel Managers.
- Activate Cisco standard customer journeys through digital marketing, events, webinars, sponsorships, telemarketing, case studies, and sourcing local vendors.
- Own the strategy for executing Cisco signature events in the territory with ASEAN marketing and sales stakeholders.
- Implement local components of marketing campaigns, including digital campaigns, channel marketing, and tradeshows.
- Drive marketing campaigns to support lead generation for sales segments.
- Support digital and social initiatives in collaboration with the ASEAN Digital Marketing team.
- Track market trends and drive Cisco Brand Awareness and thought leadership initiatives with PR/Communications teams.
Partner Marketing
- Negotiate joint marketing agreements with Partners and Distributors.
- Map and understand the distribution and reseller ecosystem and develop partner marketing plans with PAMs to optimize MVF.
- Establish cadence and structure for partner marketing plans.
Marketing Operations
- Track ROI using marketing technologies and ensure effective hand-offs through the sales funnel, maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Manage lead follow-up, tracking, and reporting.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Participate in team and cross-functional meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
