Job description

The Creative Manager is responsible for driving the visual and conceptual direction of the brand across all marketing and retail touchpoints. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, is highly collaborative, and has a strong eye for storytelling through design.

He/She will lead the creative development of marketing campaigns, brand assets, and retail visuals, while managing a multidisciplinary team of designers, content creators, and the Visual Merchandising team. From concept to execution, his/her leadership will ensure brand consistency, innovation, and high-quality creative output that supports both the marketing strategy and business growth.

Creative Strategy & Brand Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end creative development process—from concept through execution—for campaigns, advertising materials, product visuals, and digital content.

Team & Project Management

  • Supervise and mentor an in-house team of graphic designers, content creators, and motion designers.

  • Oversee the Visual Merchandising (VM) team to ensure store displays align with campaign messaging and brand aesthetics.

  • Manage team workflow and effectively assign creative projects based on timelines and priorities.

  • Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, and production partners when necessary.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Oversee the creation of materials for social media, packaging, print ads, signage, product catalogs, digital assets, and in-store displays.

  • Guide brainstorming sessions and approve concepts that align with brand values and creative standards.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Ensure resource allocation is efficient and within budget, without compromising creative quality.
