Bell-Kenz Pharma Inc. is seeking a senior multimedia lead to own content creation, video production, and on-site photography in support of corporate communications.

You will direct creative deliverables across video, graphics, and photography while ensuring brand-consistent storytelling and efficient production workflows. Qualifications

• 4-year degree in fine arts, graphics and multimedia design, user experience design, or any related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in video production, 2D/3D graphics, motion graphics/animation, web design, and interactive media, preferably with corporate branding or ad agency experience.
• Exceptional design skills with knowledge and experience in video production, 2D/3D graphics, motion graphics/animation, interactive media, and prototyping tools such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Canva and other editing software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multimedia and video productions from initial concept development through filming, post-production, and final distribution
• Lead the creative deliverables across video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, and photography disciplines
• Enforce visual identity consistency, tone, and storytelling standards across all digital, social, and print brand collateral
• Design and streamline production pipelines, digital asset management (DAM) taxonomy, and multi-track project schedules
• Direct the design of high-converting visual assets for social media platforms, web properties, and digital ads
• Build and govern unified digital design libraries, typography hierarchies, and motion graphic toolkits
• Collaborate with content executives, stakeholders, and creative supervisors to align on creative briefs and execution strategies
• Manage project schedules, deliverable deadlines, and dependencies using project tracking tools
• Lead production planning, crew coordination, technical requirements, and on-site photography/videography execution
• Track, analyze, and report on photo/video production performance, timelines, resource utilization, and content engagement metrics
