Job summary

INSPI Philippine Venture Merchandise Corp. seeks a highly creative and strategic Creative Director to lead the brand's overall creative vision across digital platforms, especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

You will shape content direction, campaigns, and visual storytelling to drive engagement and sales. You will oversee production from ideation to delivery, collaborate with marketing and performance teams, stay ahead of trends, and mentor the creative team to deliver compelling,

Qualifications

3–5 years in creative direction or digital marketing.
Proven experience managing a production team.
Strong knowledge of social media trends and TikTok strategies.
Background in visual storytelling and campaign execution.
Experience creating content and ad creatives for engagement and conversion.
Hands-on video production, filming, editing, and post-production.
Proficient with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
