Job summary

Suit it Up Manila, the leading luxury bespoke formal wear brand in Manila, seeks a Senior Manager – Creative, Content & Production to lead creative, content, multimedia, and production across both brands.

You will translate consumer growth and commercial priorities into compelling creative for digital, retail, events, and campaigns, serving as Creative Director and Producer guiding the team from concept through delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Production management experience across end-to-end content workflows.
• Project management: planning, scheduling, budgeting, tracking.
• Hands-on video production: coordinating shoots and post-production.
• Art direction with strong visual aesthetics and brand alignment.
• Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
• Ability to lead and mentor creative teams in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with digital content platforms, social media, and analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Film, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development and content direction across two brands.
• Develop content calendars across social media, websites, e-commerce, newsletters, CRM, retail, campaigns, events.
• Translate briefs into creative concepts, visual directions, content and executions.
• Maintain high creative standards and brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Oversee end-to-end creative production including photography and video.
• Lead shoots as Creative Director and Producer from concept to delivery.
• Allocate resources and manage external production partners.
• Ensure assets are adapted for online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, CRM teams to align priorities.
• Hands-on creative support as needed (design, multimedia, editing).
