Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the brands creative vision, ensuring consistency across all marketing initiatives, including campaigns, digital channels, packaging, and retail displays.
- Lead the creative process from concept development to execution for product launches, seasonal initiatives, and marketing campaigns, working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and content creators, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.
- Oversee the approval process for final creative assets, ensuring high-quality standards before production or public release.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners (photographers, stylists, influencers, agencies) to enhance creative outcomes and streamline production.
- Develop and manage the annual creative budget, tracking expenses to ensure optimal ROI, while negotiating with vendors and agencies to optimize cost and production quality.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback to refine and enhance project quality.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and creative improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a creative role, with significant leadership experience in managing creative teams and projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital content, and multimedia projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and promote creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, aligning creative output with business objectives.
- Industry experience in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion is preferred
