I. JOB SUMMARY

The Creative Director is responsible for implementing brand design.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Set the overall vision for projects, lead creative teams, and ensure that all creative output aligns with brand strategy and business goals
  • Establish the creative direction and strategic vision for a brand, campaign, or project
  • Develop concepts, manage timelines and budgets, collaborate with stakeholders, and recommend creative materials to maintain brand consistency and quality
  • Review all creative work, including visuals, copy, and design, to ensure it adheres to brand guidelines and messaging
  • Oversee the entire creative process, from initial concepts to final execution, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality and meet objectives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Create and uphold brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual and narrative identity across all channels

III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or any related course
  • Has years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or FMCG industry
  • Knowledgeable on various aspects of marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, ecommerce marketing, marketing automation, and digital marketing analytics tools
  • Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand design and digital marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience leading and managing creative teams, resources and budget
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A deep understanding of design, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
  • Awareness of current design, marketing, and technology trends
