I. JOB SUMMARY
The Creative Director is responsible for implementing brand design.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Set the overall vision for projects, lead creative teams, and ensure that all creative output aligns with brand strategy and business goals
- Establish the creative direction and strategic vision for a brand, campaign, or project
- Develop concepts, manage timelines and budgets, collaborate with stakeholders, and recommend creative materials to maintain brand consistency and quality
- Review all creative work, including visuals, copy, and design, to ensure it adheres to brand guidelines and messaging
- Oversee the entire creative process, from initial concepts to final execution, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality and meet objectives
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Create and uphold brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual and narrative identity across all channels
III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or any related course
- Has years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or FMCG industry
- Knowledgeable on various aspects of marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, ecommerce marketing, marketing automation, and digital marketing analytics tools
- Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand design and digital marketing campaigns
- Proven experience leading and managing creative teams, resources and budget
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A deep understanding of design, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Awareness of current design, marketing, and technology trends
