  • Lead cross-functional brainstorms with design, production, and tech to generate executable ideas within hours or days (depending on pitch timelines).

3. Concept and Activation Development

  • Develop compelling, interactive creative concepts that use tech like AR, VR, QR codes, projection mapping, etc.

  • Quickly convert abstract creative thinking into tangible, deployable activation formats.

  • Make prototype sketches, 3D renders, or material boards with vendor input to strengthen the proposal.

  • Be able to work with UX designers and developers for tech integrated activations (e.g., touchscreens, gamification modules) and has technical knowledge on these.

4. Industry Awareness and Professional Growth

  • Stay ahead of trends in OOH formats, media specs (e.g., digital billboards, dynamic creatives, LED/4K screen compatibility).

  • Being up to date about new materials and build techniques (e.g., lightweight rigging, modular pop-up structures, reusable components).

5. Campaign Readiness Planning

  • Conduct skills gap analysis based on upcoming campaign demands and trends.

6. Creative Team Development and Knowledge Sharing

  • Champion a learning-first mindset across the creative team by embedding skill development into workflows.

  • Set aside time for team learning sprints, trend showcases, and peer-sharing sessions.

  • Lead post-campaign debriefs to extract key learnings and actionable best practices.

Educational Background and Competencies Needed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Communications, Marketing or Media Studies or related field.

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in creative roles within OOH advertising, brand activation or experiential marketing and creative production or creative technology

  • Deep understanding of OOH formats, fabrication processes, and brand activation logistics.

  • Knowledge of digital signage specs, media formats, and hardware limitations.

  • Skilled at reviewing mockups, 3D renders, and technical drawings.

  • Ability to conceptualize original, insight-driven ideas that align with brand objectives.

  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams

  • Comfortable working in sprints and under tight timelines, especially for bids and pitches.

  • Comfortable presenting technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
