Oro China Group of Companies is seeking a Creative Director to lead the creative vision for Oro China Jewelry, Oro Galleria, Diagold, Love & Diamonds, and future brands.
The role oversees the Creatives Team and collaborates with Marketing, Digital teams, and external suppliers to ensure top-tier visual content and assets across campaigns, packaging, and merchandise.
We are looking for a Creative Director who will lead the creative vision, brand identity, and creative production of Oro China Group of Companies, covering Oro China Jewelry, Oro Galleria, Diagold, Love & Diamonds, and future brands in the portfolio.
The Creative Director will lead the entire Creatives Team and oversee the development of high-quality visual content, marketing materials, packaging, merchandise, and campaign assets across multiple brands. This role will also work closely with Marketing and Digital teams and external suppliers to ensure that every creative output is aligned with the brand and delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and maintain the creative vision and visual direction across all company brands.
Own and protect each brand's visual identity, including logo usage, colors, typography, photography style, and overall look.
Lead and manage the entire Creatives Team, including workload planning, coaching, performance management, and development.
Review and provide final approval for creative materials before release.
Prioritize creative resources across multiple brands based on campaign requirements and business priorities.
Ensure creative deliverables are aligned with the social media calendar and content requirements of Digital Marketing.
Oversee the production of marketing materials, merchandise, packaging, and collateral, including supplier coordination and quality control.
Lead and direct campaign photoshoots, including product, model, lifestyle, and event shoots.
Collaborate with Digital Sales & Marketing, Marketing Support, and the Senior Marketing Manager to align creative output with business objectives.
Mentor and develop the creative team's skills and provide input on hiring and performance reviews.
Lead the visual identity component of the brand book for all existing and future brands.
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Advertising Arts, Design, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in creative or art direction, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience handling creative output across multiple brands or product lines.
Strong experience managing a multidisciplinary creative team covering design, photography, video, and multimedia.
Experience working with external suppliers/vendors for packaging, merchandise, print, or other physical marketing materials.
Background in retail, luxury, fashion, or jewelry is a strong advantage.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction, brand development, and campaign execution.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Strong knowledge of brand management, creative concept development, and creative brief development.
Experience directing photography, videography, product styling, and fashion/lifestyle campaigns.
Strong presentation, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of print and merchandise production, including material specifications and quality control.
Open to using AI tools to support creative ideation and improve team workflow while maintaining strong creative standards.
Willing to be assigned in IT Park, Cebu City.
