Job summary

Intogreat Solutions is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, while assisting content creation and optimisation aligned with strategic goals.

You will help manage social media, contribute to SEO and email marketing initiatives, and collaborate with agency partners to drive franchisee success. Strong design, analytics, and CMS skills will help deliver measurable marketing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms (Meta for Business, LinkedIn).
• Basic understanding of content management systems (WordPress advantageous).
• Basic understanding of marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery and set up of digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
• Support content creation across social media and website in line with strategy.
• Optimisation of campaigns based on campaign tracking and reporting.
• Management of Resolve social media accounts with engaging content.
• Work alongside agency partner to support strategies for Franchisees.
• Support with the set up of Google Business Manager & Social Media profiles for new Franchise businesses.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns including copy, segmentation, performance tracking.
• Support SEO initiatives through content optimisation and CMS updates.
• Help maintain and optimise the Resolve website content and landing pages alongside the Marketing Co-ordinator.
• Support Marketing co-ordinator with lead management troubleshooting and optimisations.
