Our innovative and growing company is looking for a creative designer who has a passion for build design and seeing the design come to life. You will be responsible and are capable of delivering the following:

• Visually represent design concepts and ideas through sketches, drawings, and digital forms.

• Create 3D renderings of venues, environments, and physical spaces for client events

• Set design standards and provide overall creative direction to other team members

• Proven ability to effectively project manage deliverables

• Superior internal/external communication skills

• Has a collaborative mindset, strong bias for action and solutions-oriented approach

• A stand-out portfolio

• Completed Degree/Diploma Qualifications in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, and relevant academic qualifications

• The quality, creativity and delivery of visual design across the assigned business theme(s) and associated products

• Increasing product and brand engagement and satisfaction ratings through designing a high quality, brand-led and customer-centric visual experience

• Expediting visual design and development through detailed and properly conceived guidelines

• Design cutting-edge marketing creative and help create and implement the visual design elements associated with The Atelier & Co

• Creates and manages VM displays, signages, and other creative assets for the company's retail team and provides images to merchandising team
