The franchise is run by Phil Jacobe Ventures and aims to bring a taste of New York to the Philippines with a homey atmosphere and a curated menu that includes some flavors exclusive to the Filipino palate.

A cake decorator is an artisan who transforms baked goods into visually appealing designs for special events and everyday sales. They prepare icings, sculpt desserts, and use specialized tools like piping bags and airbrushes to execute customized orders and meet strict food safety standards

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of commercial baking experience in a bakery or restaurant environment

Essential skills: Proficiency in bread making techniques, pastry preparation, cake decorating, and operating commercial baking equipment

Required: Valid food safety certification and knowledge of HACCP principles
