Strong Photoshop skills are essential, with proficiency in Canva and Illustrator. You will also support payroll, maintain Excel spreadsheets, and prepare documents using Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Strong Photoshop skills are required.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar programs.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge or experience in payroll is an advantage.
• Creative with a good eye for layout, color, typography, and visual presentation.
• Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable.
• Able to handle confidential employee and payroll information.
• Experience in fashion, retail, garments, e-commerce, or a creative environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and editing fashion/product images, promotional materials, presentations, and other visual content.
• Edit, retouch, resize, and remove backgrounds from product photos using Adobe Photoshop.
• Use creative applications such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools
• Assist in preparing layouts, mood boards, product presentations, and other creative materials
• Prepare and maintain reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, timekeeping, overtime, and employee records
• Prepare documents using Microsoft Word and presentations using PowerPoint
• Handle general administrative and office-related tasks
