Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a senior client lead to own 4–6 CPG accounts, focusing on growth through AI-enabled diagnostics across DTC, retail, and Amazon. You will diagnose constraints, craft data-backed strategies, and align paid, SEO, content, influencer, and creative teams around a unified plan.

The role emphasizes coaching a small team, expanding monthly recurring revenue, and maintaining senior client relationships while challenging channel assumptions with credibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CPG marketing with DTC and retail brand experience.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon strategy including share of search, ASIN architecture, buy box.
• Experience with MMM or attribution methods.
• Fluent in upper-funnel channel strategy: content, SEO, YouTube, programmatic.
• Proven ability to retain and grow client accounts.
• Ability to manage senior clients with strong opinions.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI to enhance business processes.
• Lead quarterly Power Circuit reviews.
• Own senior client relationships.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, influencer, and creative teams.
• Manage 1–2 direct reports and performance reviews.
• Coach analysts with timely feedback.
• Drive retention and expand MRR.
