Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the financial reporting team to ensure timely completion of reports and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor team performance and attendance, provide guidance and training, address work-related issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting policies, tax regulations and company procedures while coordinating resources for timely operations.
