Landers is seeking an Entry-Level Financial Reporting Specialist to join our finance team in Parañaque City, Metro Manila. You will assist in month-end and year-end closings, develop forecasting tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy is required.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Experience with SAP ECC is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support development and maintenance of financial models and forecasting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights.
• Ensure timely completion of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve reporting processes.
