Job summary

Blue Planet Export Inc., a leading exporter of Philippine food products, seeks a full-time Finance & Accounting professional based in Metro Manila (Las Piñas). You will manage financial reporting, accounting processes, and regulatory compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial health.

Qualifications

• A valid CPA license.
• 3+ years in financial accounting or reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Experience with accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable with timely, accurate transactions.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws and regulations.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making across functions.
• Improve accounting processes and implement best practices.
• Renew business permits and licenses.
• Process VAT refunds.
• Prepare year-end financial statements, ITR and audits.
